- Fix: fixes the created publishing PAR articles not showing in their category

- New Feature: added support for creating new tpls in the tpl_editor (not direct)
- New Feature: added check_install_folder, now it will let you know if your install folder must be deleted (index.php)
- New Feature: added support for "cut-text feature" in the PAR indexer options
- New Feature: new update script (support for db upgrades)
