Overall You can Delete, Edit, Approve, Reject or Answer the comments the users post in your pages, you can also create new fields for user to fill while writing a comment.
Users Comments Fields
If you want to enable more fields, you can create them here, for example, if you want to create an email field so when the users are posting a comment, they need to also post their email, you can create that field here, or you can disable any of the fields kezoor has by default.

Required Field: Define if the user can leave it empty or not.
Field Enabled: Define if the field is working or not.
Show to Guests: Define if the field will appear to the Guest users.
Show to Registered: Define if the field will appear to the Registered users.
