- Fix: Laterals-connectors had a problem when you scrolled the 'using widgets' div and were dragging a widget to it.
- Fix: Conditionals marks werent displayed in the 'Themes Templates Editor'  while editing the files.
- Fix: FancyTheme had wrong top-sidebar arrows and some other stuffs (styles,mdl.ratings.tpl,body_leftbar.tpl ) were fixed.

- New Widget: Rate Articles widget developed, now you can add the Rate Articles widget to let users vote how good your articles are, besides adding the widget to your sidebar, you will need to enable the feature in the pages you wish to use it, the new option is in the webpage content editor used to create that content (link).
